Listyn KC presents an Evening with Bruce Cockburn and "Stealing Fire"

We are excited for a very special Listyn KC event when Bruce will be joining us for an exploration of his music, his influences, and some special recordings.  After our interactive lead up and Q&A with Bruce, we will be listening to the entirety of his classic 1984 album "Stealing Fire" on our world-class Listyn KC stereo.   Doors open at 6:00 pm.

Bruce Cockburn, Canadian singer-songwriter and guitarist, who's song styles range from folk to jazz to rock.  His lyrics cover a broad range of topics including human rights, environmental issues, politics, and religion.  Cockburn has written more than 350 songs on 34 albums, of which 22 have received a Canadian gold or platinum certification, during a career spanning over 50 years and still going today.

Tickets are available for $20 including Non-Alcoholic Beverages or $40 which includes your Food and a selection of Non-Alcoholic and Alcoholic Beverages (21+ for Alcohol, ID required). Please bring cash for tipping bartending staff as credit cards cannot be accepted. Food selection for this show will include a selection of Pizza, Hors d'oeuvres, "heavy" appetizers, and fruit (vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free options will be available). UMKC Catering requires us to have a final food order prior to the show, so the $40 Food and Beverage tickets will only be on sale until Noon on the Wednesday before the show. We are sorry, but we will not be able to accommodate any additional food requests once ticket sales are closed.
