Listyn KC presents Led Zeppelin IV

Tickets On Sale Soon! In 2021, we missed the 50th Anniversary of Led Zeppelin's magnum opus 4th album, so we are making up for it now! The untitled fourth studio album by the English rock band Led Zeppelin, commonly known as Led Zeppelin IV, was released on 8 November 1971.  The album is notable for featuring "Stairway to Heaven", which has been described as the band's signature song while simultaneously making many of the world's "most over-played song" lists.

The album was a commercial and critical success and is Led Zeppelin's best-selling album, shipping over 40 million copies worldwide. It is one of the best-selling albums of all time and critics have regularly placed it highly on lists of the greatest albums of all time. Listyn KC is back in a new location.  Same music, same system, familiar faces, but in a new place.  The show is in the UMKC Student Union, room 401.  Food and Beverages catered with ticket (info below), there is elevator access, and plenty of room to spread out.  Listen to a curated selection of music and fun facts related to the featured LP. Then enjoy the entire album played on an amazing sound system brought in just for the show. Tickets are available for $15 including Tea, Lemonade, Soda, Water or $35 including Food and a selection of Non-Alcoholic and Alcoholic Beverages (21+ for Alcohol, ID required).  Please bring cash for tipping bartending staff as credit cards cannot be accepted.  Food for this show will include a selection of Pizza and Salad. All Listyn KC shows benefit the Center For Recorded Music, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization bringing to life a new world-class cultural center and music education facility in Kansas City. Parking for this event is available at the UMKC Cherry Street Parking Garage, 5005 Oak St, Kansas City, MO 64110.  Parking is metered and is available on the top level.  There is a pedestrian ramp to the south that will take you to the ground level.  Proceed less than 1 block south to the entrance of the UMKC Student Union.  Accessible parking is available in the back of the Student Union with hang tags or proper plates. Parking on the two UMKC campuses will now be through the use of the AMP Park mobile app, available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
