Join us in celebrating the 60th anniversary of the first smash hit crossover album. Ray produced the album of country, folk, and western music standards reworked into R&B, pop, and jazz styles. The album was an immediate critical and commercial success, with 4 hit singles receiving airplay on Pop, R&B, and Country stations. This album is credited with introducing disparate audiences to new styles of music and helping to bring generations together.
All Listyn KC shows benefit the Center For Recorded Music, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization bringing to life a new world-class cultural center and music education facility in Kansas City.
Tickets are available for $15 including Non-Alcoholic Beverages or $35 which includes your Food and a selection of Non-Alcoholic and Alcoholic Beverages (21+ for Alcohol, ID required). Please bring cash for tipping bartending staff as credit cards cannot be accepted. Food selection for this show…
